By completing a purchase or participating in any Slime Lab activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Participation & Assumption of Risk
Slime Lab activities involve sensory play, slime-making, movement, scents, dyes, textures, and various slime ingredients.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
Participation is voluntary.
Certain ingredients may cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, or staining.
Participants with allergies, sensitive skin, asthma, eczema, or other medical conditions should use caution and consult a physician if needed before participating.
Slime Lab is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, damaged clothing, or irritation resulting from participation.
Participants should avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and face. Slime is not edible.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children in their care at all times unless otherwise instructed during hosted activities.
2. Waiver of Liability
By entering Slime Lab or participating in any Slime Lab activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Slime Lab LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
Participation may include:
Slime workshops
Sensory activities
Birthday parties
Group events
Field trips
Mobile slime events
Retail product demonstrations
3. Reservations, Tickets & Payments
All bookings require payment at the time of reservation unless otherwise approved by Slime Lab.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Workshop and event pricing may change at any time without notice.
Online reservations are strongly recommended. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability and are not guaranteed entry.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for:
Cancellations
No-shows
Late arrivals
Unused admissions
Partially attended events
Workshop and party reservations may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours advance notice, subject to availability and current pricing.
Slime Lab reserves the right to deny excessive rescheduling requests.
If Slime Lab must cancel an event due to operational or safety reasons, guests may receive either:
A rescheduled booking, or
Store credit at Slime Lab’s discretion.
5. Birthday Parties & Group Events
Party hosts and group organizers are responsible for:
Providing accurate guest counts
Ensuring guests follow safety instructions
Supervising children and attendees
Respecting time limits associated with reservations
Additional guests or slime experiences beyond the reserved package may incur additional charges.
Party room access is limited to the reserved booking time unless otherwise approved.
Decorations are permitted as long as they do not damage walls, furniture, fixtures, or equipment. No confetti, glitter cannons, open flames, or hazardous materials are allowed.
6. Mobile Events
For mobile slime events:
A clean and safe setup area must be provided.
Slime Lab requires reasonable access for setup and breakdown.
Travel fees may apply depending on location.
Final guest count must be confirmed prior to the event.
Slime Lab reserves the right to refuse unsafe setup environments.
7. Conduct & Safety
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the facility.
Slime Lab reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for:
Unsafe behavior
Disruptive conduct
Harassment
Damage to property
Failure to follow instructions
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult unless participating in an approved supervised event.
8. Photography & Media Release
By entering Slime Lab, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during activities for marketing, social media, website content, promotional materials, and advertising purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify a staff member prior to participation.
9. Intellectual Property
All Slime Lab branding, logos, graphics, website content, workshop concepts, and materials are the property of Slime Lab LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
Misuse the website
Attempt unauthorized access
Use automated systems to interfere with bookings
Reproduce or redistribute website content without permission
We reserve the right to modify website content, pricing, offerings, and policies at any time.
11. Disclaimer
Slime outcomes may vary based on age, participation level, ingredient mixing, creativity, and environmental conditions.
Slime Lab does not guarantee specific slime textures, colors, or results.
Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slime Lab LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in activities, use of the website, or purchased services.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation or service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.
